B Company send out patrols out to perimeter for LP, and bomb damage assessment (BDA). 1^st Plt and “nd Plt, patrol clockwise , leaving LZ from East and West .Mortars set up to cover berm.

Find trail East to West 210 732 North of LZ continues West 200 739. 2^nd Plt contact enemy squad sized unit, exchange fire, enemy flee… 2^nd plt suffer 3WIA all light, Loose contact with enemy
